ELEVATING THE FIELD THROUGH PERSONALIZED LEARNING FOR BCBAS BY BCBAS
Our mission is to increase both access to and quality of: supervision, professional networks, and individualized, on-demand learning within the field of ABA in order to promote more ethical, socially valid, and effective practice across clinical and other subspecialty areas.

Our Promise
As behavior analysts ourselves, we have seen firsthand the need for quality supervision and continuing education in our field. Despite the power of our science to use data-based decision-making and analysis to engineer learning experiences, BCBA fieldwork supervision, study materials, and continuing education often fall short.
We promise to use the science of learning and behavior to teach the science of behavior. We promise to design learning experiences that help you to actually apply what you've learned. We promise to leverage technology to go beyond sit and get approaches to learning to create truly individualized and customizable experiences. We promise to be human first, and to encourage you to do the same. We promise to promote client dignity, assent, and cultural competence. We promise to continually improve and learn alongside you.
