Instructional designer. Business owner. Mom of three.** I’m Allyson, a doc student, BCBA, and founder of Sidekick Learning. I started *In the Field* because I wanted a space for the kinds of conversations I wasn’t hearing anywhere else: honest, practical, and grounded in the real challenges (and creativity!) that show up in our work every day. Especially when it comes to training, supervision, and systemic change.
