Yes! We know that teams come in all shapes and sizes. You can add additional trainees or supervisors under your plan. Once you're in the portal, there is a link to manage your subscription. You can purchase additional licenses for $15/user/month or less per year. 

Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any point. Your subscription will be prorated based on what you've already paid if you upgrade. If you downgrade, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. 

The scale plan means that you'll have your own portal with your logo, name, and the ability to create your own training content for you and all of the users associated with your organization. You'll still have access to everything in our catalog, but you will also have the ability to create your own training content, assessments, and competencies. This is perfect for organizations or supervisors looking to supplement with their own on-demand training resources for onboarding, organization-specific training, and more.

You sure can. We know that life happens and your needs may change. We offer discounts for yearly plans, but we want to provide the flexibility you need. You can cancel your plan at any time and the change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. 

Yes. You pay per users/ per month. So, if you have a trainee leave, you simply complete the form to unenroll them. If you have a new trainee join in their place, you can complete the form to enroll them in that same spot with no extra cost. 

We are! You can earn BACB credits for CEUs through our portal. Our catalog is always growing.
